As part of the registration process we collect some personal information for the parent and child involved. Information provided when registering will not be shared. Access to the information will be restricted to club organisers on a need to know basis. The data will be used to ensure the safety of your children, track and manage your childs progress through the golf programme and make contact with you (only when relevant).
Data will be stored securely and centrally. If your child(ren) is/are still on the waiting list or not returning you can delete your account when logged in, which will remove all information held. Alternatively you can contact an organiser who can arrange this to be done for you. If your child(ren) is active in the programme, the data can only be deleted if your child(ren) withdraws from the programme as the information is required for safety. A child can withdraw and the account can be deleted upon request.
